Zimbabwe is making big strides in its fight against HIV and Aids. Over a million people are now on ARVs. HIV prevalence has almost halved, from 30 percent in 2000 to around 15 percent now. But thousands still face hurdles, including long distance travels, and limited access to free treatment and services.
