Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises in collaboration with District Administration and District Industries Centre Kulgam today organized a day long Seminar cum Awareness Programme on the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana here at new conference hall of mini-secretariat Kulgam and the event was presided over by the Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Athar Aamir Khan. The event, which aimed to educate and enlighten the participants about the benefits of the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, was attended by Pa
