Jesse Murray, a proud Wiradjuri man from Cowra, NSW, embarked on his journey with Bangarra while performing with the NSW Department of Education Aboriginal Dance Company under our Youth Programs team. Following his studies at NAISDA, Jesse made his Bangarra debut in 2022's Wudjang: Not the Past as a Russell Page Graduate. Jesse's profound connections to culture and Country have brought consideration and depth to his onstage storytelling, enriching our performances with authenticity and passion.
