galette-gamja jeon • “jeon” is a general term in Korean for dishes that are lightly battered and pan fried. And “gamja” means 🥔. My dad used to make a version of this except each slice was individually pan fried, and we would eat it as a late night snack. It was so delicious as much as it was time consuming, but when I saw this recipe where everything was stacked and cooked all at once, I had to give it a try!
