Indiana State Parks is working to officially expand outdoor accessibility for all visitors. Every one of Indiana's 45 state parks now offers all-terrain track chairs for free. These electric off-roading wheelchairs allow users to navigate more rugged trails than before. This initiative was funded by through a Lilly Endowment grant to the Indiana DNR Disability advocates say these chairs remove barriers to exploring nature.
