Hickory Nuts We have big hickory trees around our property. The nuts are falling and hitting the tin roof. When I was a little girl I remember walking in the woods with Mama and Daddy and picking up hickory nuts. Daddy would do the cracking and Mama would pick the meat out with a Bobby pin for me and my brothers to eat. Parents ,I pray you are building memories with your children. The toys , electronics , clothes and games will be thrown away but the family memories will last a life time. | Cook
