I used brown paper bags, rubber bands, ribbon, and some sticks from the yard lol.. oh and some candy to fill them up!🎃 All you do is cut a paper bag about halfway up, then cut another paper bag almost all the way up. Then put the all way cut bag on bottom, put the half cut bag inside, wrap them ar
