Visalia Police Press Release On 04/02/2023 at 8:33 P.M., officers attempted contact with Matthew Santacruz at Houston Ave and Burke St. Matthew Santacruz was wanted for multiple violent felonies, all of which occurred in the City of Visalia. Matthew fled from the officers on a bicycle towards SR 198.
