Laredo TX Border Wall Progress Near Colombia Solidarity Bridge The Colombia Solidarity International Bridge, 25 miles northwest of Laredo in Webb County, Texas, is a key trade crossing over the Rio Grande. In April 2025, the Laredo City Council approved (6-2) a lease for 1,600 feet of city land near the bridge, enabling Texas to build part of its border wall.
