The meeting between Zohran Mamdani, the mayor-elect of New York City, and President Trump will come after the two men have fiercely attacked one another.

Mamdani spokesperson Dora Pekec said the duo would discuss public safety, economic security and “the affordability agenda that over one million New Yorkers voted for just two weeks ago.”
