The injury bug continues to slightly hit the Cincinnati Bengals. Jermaine Burton missed practice due to an undisclosed injury. And now safety Geno Stone is battling something too as his defense preps for its second preseason game.

Cincinnati Bengals rookie receiver Jermaine Burton wasn't on hand with the team for the early part of Sunday's practice during training camp at Paycor Stadium. The Enquirer's Kelsey Conway reported that Burton wasn't with the rest of the receivers and wasn't on the rehab field.

Monday, July 28, saw the Bengals in pads for the first time this training camp, and that came 10 days and six practice sessions away from the club's preseason opener at the Philadelphia Eagles on Aug. 7.
