A line of storms that swept through North Texas Monday morning has left more than 20,000 people without power, officials said.

Over 20,000 North Texans woke up without power Monday morning as strong storms moved through the Metroplex. Oncor, which provides power to the bulk of North Texas and the state, reported about 2,000 customers still without power at around 10:30 p.m. Monday.

The Storm Prediction Center has just issued a marginal risk, level 1 out of 5, for the threat of isolated severe thunderstorms.
