Stock futures were edging higher on Sunday evening as investors prepared for a fresh batch of inflation data this week. At just after 6 p.m. Eastern time, Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up 50 points or about 0.1%. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq futures were also up about 0.1%.

Stock index futures showed little movement on Monday, as investors turned their focus to the key inflation reports slated to come over the week.
