CHCH News has learned that the Brantford Bulldogs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) are being sold to Edmonton Oilers star forward Zach Hyman and his family.

The OHL says the new ownership group is pursuing a long-term lease agreement with the city that would include plans for a new arena.

Hyman will officially assume control of the organization’s operations, ushering in a new chapter for the beloved hockey team.
