The rapper still alleges Universal Music Group conspired to illegally boost Kendrick Lamar on radio stations and streaming services

ICYMI, the Gimme a Hug rapper previously accused iHeartMedia of accepting illicit payments aka payola, from Universal Music Group (UMG) to promote the diss track on the radio.

According to Rolling Stone, Drake and iHeartMedia have reached a settlement in the musician’s payola pre-action filing. Based on documents obtained by the outlet, both parties came to a mutual agreement which was then confirmed on paper in the Bexar County, Texas courts.
