As per the National Hurricane Center's 11 am Monday update, Tropical Storm Oscar is 80 miles west of the Eastern Tip of Cuba and 15 miles west-northwest of Guantanamo Cuba, with maximum sustained wind of 40 mph. It’s moving at 3 mph to the west-northwest.
