NASCAR went before a federal judge Wednesday and asked for the antitrust suit filed against the stock car series to be dismissed.

Michael Jordan's 23XI Racing, along with Front Row Motorsports, filed a brief requesting to deny NASCAR's stay for a preliminary injunction that would block the groups from participating as charter teams in 2025,

NASCAR asked a federal judge to dismiss the antitrust suit filed by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports and to also dismiss chairman Jim France as a defendant.
