A Papa John's employee is accused of shooting and killing a 23-year-old man inside the West Price Hill restaurant Tuesday night.

According to the Houston Police Department, Angel Adonis Saldivar-James, 24, has been charged with murder in the shooting that occurred around 10:45 p.m. on Dec. 4 on West Dyna Drive, which is just off Airline Drive south of Aldine Bender Road.

A deadly shooting at KSU on Tuesday left one student dead and another critically injured, prompting officials to cancel all classes, finals, and activities for the remainder of the week.

A second man was charged with first and second degree murder in connection to a deadly shooting in Kanawha County on December 7.

Police say the teen was shot while getting out of the same car as the alleged shooter, who was attempting to rob two men outside a North Side home.

Police took Kimberly Sotelo, 34, into custody Dec. 1. She previously served time for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Jacob Lee Bard, of Evansville, is accused of shooting two people Tuesday at Kentucky State University in Frankfort.

An off-duty Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office deputy is on paid leave after a deadly shooting in a residential community near Boynton Beach on Dec. 6. Investigators have not released the names either of the man who died or the deputy.
