The late Texas Congressman and former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner will lie in state at the Texas Capitol next week to commemorate his lifelong commitment to public service. Texas House members unanimously passed a resolution on Thursday morning to allow Turner to lie in the Hall of the House of Representatives from Thursday,
