A former Gatorade Player of the Year, the Omaha native is back for the College World Series starting a second base for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Peterson and Kozeal were born in Omaha. While Kozeal helped his dad as part of the grounds crew at Charles Schwab Field, the site of the College World Series since 2011, Peterson was in the seats every June that he could remember, even further back to the days of Rosenblatt Stadium, the former CWS site.
