Una Healy has claimed she has suffered with ‘nightmares’ and ‘aftershocks’ since filming Celebrity Bear Hunt. The 43-year-old pop star, who rose to fame in The Saturdays, has opened up on the PTSD she’s dealt with in the months after working on the grueling new Netflix show hailed ‘I’m A Celebrity on steroids’.

Twelve celebrities have appeared in the new Netflix show Celebrity Bear Hunt alongside Holly Willoughby and survival expert Bear Grylls.

Celebrity Bear Hunt released all eight episodes on Netflix on February 5. Holly Willoughby hosts the show which also stars Bear Grylls.
