Climate Prediction Center has just released its outlook for the winter of 2024-25. A“slowly-developing” La Niña is expected to shape weather throughout the country from December through February, NOAA says.

There is higher chances of seeing warmer than normal winter for the entire East Coast -- from Florida to Maine.
