Well, that's what Texas Rangers ace Nathan Eovaldi is doing right now. Eovaldi has allowed one run or fewer in 13 of his last 14 starts. The only other pitcher to do that ever, according to OptaStats,

Aaron Judge, Paul Goldschmidt, Anthony Volpe, Cody Bellinger and Jasson Dominguez went a combined 2-for-14 (.142) with six strikeouts that day against Eovaldi. The only run was thanks to a solo shot off the bat of Jorbit Vivas, who isn’t even on the Bombers’ roster anymore.
