Amber Alert for missing 5-year-old girl in Platte County
The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert out of Platte County for 5-year-old Giuliana Manning.

A 5-year-old child is in danger. A 43-year-old man took her after shooting multiple people in Platte County early Friday morning, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
