Miley Cyrus has seemingly changed her stage name ahead of the release of her new album, "Bass Persuades," out Sept. 18.

Miley Cyrus suggested she may be dropping her family name for her forthcoming musical era, updating social media to a simpler moniker.

Her latest album will drop Sept. 18, while she'll play the iconic LA venue on Oct. 16 and 18.

The Grammy-winning singer also announced two concerts at the Hollywood Bowl in October.
