PITTSBURGH -- A fan fell from the right-field stands onto the field at PNC Park on Wednesday night as the Pirates hosted the Cubs.

A fan fell into the visiting bullpen during the top of the fourth inning of Wednesday’s Chicago White Sox game against the Kansas City Royals at Rate Field.

“From what I've heard, the fan was kind of standing up on the edge of the bullpen and kind of just went over and then saw him lying there,” Royals pitcher Nick Mears said, per the AP.
