Widespread showers and storms will move into Northeast Ohio on Monday ahead of a cold front, which will bring drier, more pleasant weather that's expected to last through at least Thursday.
Thankfully for now we are seeing a nice break in the showers and storms as we await the arrival of our next piece of energy moving into Southwest Louisiana.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Strengthening trade winds with scattered showers filling in today and expected to linger through the weekend. Rainfall will favor windward neighborhoods, falling mainly in the overnight and early morning hours. Rainfall totals will be light to moderate at best, most leeward areas will receive only minor spillovers.
These showers and storms will continue moving across the Coastal Empire and toward the coast through the morning. We’ll warm to the mid 80s at lunchtime with isolated showers around.
Clouds and a few rounds of showers will keep our temperatures cooler than average through the early part of the week. Brighter and warmer weather returns on Wednesday, but so does wildfire smoke.
