Man rescued from train tracks by Seattle police officers seconds before being hit
SEATTLE — A Seattle police officer pulled a man off train tracks just seconds before he would have been struck in dramatic new body camera video. The Seattle Police Department (SPD) said officers responded to a mental health crisis call for a man sitting high above train tracks near the 2nd Avenue exit and East Jackson Street on Oct. 7.
