Blake Kieckhafer, 23, of Nebraska was believed to be found dead following a recovery effort, the National Park Service said.

Blake Kieckhafer, 23, disappeared after hailing a ride share service to Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado on Thursday, August 7, according to park officials.

Rangers at Rocky Mountain National Park found a body they believe to be a missing Nebraska man Wednesday near Emerald Lake. Family members reported Blake Kieckhafer, a 23-year-old Omaha man, missing Monday. The last time anyone saw him was about 5:20 p.m. Aug. 7, when a ride-hail service dropped him off in the Upper Beaver Meadows area of the park.
