The California Highway Patrol had one of its more bizarre traffic stops near the close of 2024 as officers in the Central Valley pulled over a Rolls Royce with a baby monkey in a onesie as a passenger.

California Highway Patrol informed the public that the spider monkey found inside a Rolls Royce on Monday night has anew permanent home. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife took possession of the young monkey and took it to the Oakland Zoo for proper care.
