User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > User Profiles On the right pane, double-click Exclude directories in roaming profile setting to edit its properties.

When logged on with a local user profile the computer (s) will automatically enter sleep mode after 1 hour, however when logged on with a roaming profile the computer (s) will not enter sleep mode.
