Disabled trains cause big NJ Transit delays

NJ Transit trains to and from New York Penn Station remain delayed Friday afternoon after three trains became disabled in or just outside the tunnels under the Hudson River. NJ Transit said delays had dropped to 30 minutes as of 1:30 p.m., down from 45 minutes earlier in the day.
