Lightroom is easy. Take a copy of the catalogue, open it on the new computer. It will contain all your images, etc... but it won't be able to find the actual files. Copy your image files over. Correct ...

I copied the catalog to another drive and then when I opened Lightroom I told it to use the catalog in the new location. Once I was sure it was using it, I deleted the old catalog.
