A fire in the Bronx ripped through a row of nearly a dozen businesses Thursday morning on Jerome Avenue in Morris Heights.
Firefighters’ response to the Morris Heights blaze was briefly delayed by a car parked in front of a hydrant, Deputy Mayor of Public Safety Kaz Daughtry said.
