It appears as though one of the more veteran quarterbacks will start this season – either Joe Flacco or Kenny Pickett. If Cleveland does want to start Shedeur Sanders at some point, it probably makes sense to wait until after the gauntlet of those first six weeks.

The NFL got its first look at Cleveland Browns' rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders on Friday night. In the team's preseason opener on the road against the Carolina Panthers, Sanders received the start due to injuries being nursed by Kenny Pickett and Dillon Gabriel.
