ATLANTA (AP) — Rafael Devers was in the lineup at first base for the San Francisco Giants at Atlanta on Tuesday night, the slugger’s first start at the position that he refused to play for his prior team, the Boston Red Sox.

Rafael Devers was penciled in the San Francisco Giants' lineup at first base on Tuesday for the first time since he was acquired from the Boston Red Sox. A third baseman by trade, Devers has taken ground balls at first base since the trade out of Boston in June.
