The six-figure winning ticket was sold prior to Wednesday’s Powerball drawing, according to the release. The Powerball ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven convenience store/gas station at 4091 Moore Duncan Highway in the Moore area of Spartanburg County, officials said.
