California Governor Gavin Newsom is being mocked online for an “embarrassing" televised address that experienced several technology meltdowns leaving his speech without sound.

The curfew extends to sections of downtown Los Angeles where protests have turned into instances of vandalism and looting.

The conservative CNN pundit wasn't impressed with the California governor's dramatic words amid the LA protests.

“Multiple groups continue to congregate on 1st St between Spring and Alameda. Those groups are being addressed and mass arrests are being initiated. Curfew is in effect,” read a post on the LAPD’s social media, sent at 9:09p.m local time on Tuesday night.
