Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp for girls ages 7 to 17, is located along the Guadalupe River in Hunt, Texas-a community now at the epicenter of a deadly flood emergency. At least six people have died in what Governor Greg Abbott called "devastating flooding" across the Hill Country and Concho Valley.

At the all-girls Camp Mystic, located in Hunt – about 17 miles from Kerrville – staff notified parents that all campers at Cypress Lake and Senior Hill are accounted for, adding that those whose daughters are "not accounted for" have been notified.

Deadly flooding continues in Kerr County, Texas, as local and state officials rally first responders to save lives and urge residents to shelter in place.
