Residents in New York's Harlem neighborhood are remembering a four-year-old boy who prosecutors say was starved to death by his parents.

A vigil was held for four-year-old Jahmeik Modlin, who allegedly died from starvation, as Rev. Al Sharpton urged community support and action on child welfare issues.
