The White House is holding a press briefing amid tensions between the Biden administration and Israel. The Biden administration has begun to pressure Israel to take more steps to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza, following reports that it was contemplating a plan to cut off aid to northern Gaza in an effort to starve Hamas out.
