Brandon Blackstock was the father of four. He shared Savannah and her brother Seth with his first wife, Melissa Ashworth, whom he married in 2001. The couple divorced in 2012. He later married Kelly Clarkson, with whom he had two more children — daughter River, born in 2014, and son Remington, born in 2016.

Clarkson is believed to have already filmed audition segments for the upcoming season of “The Voice,” but could bow out of the live shows, said industry insiders.
