It was quiet at the Bristol SEPTA station the day after three family members were killed after being struck by an Amtrak train Thursday evening, with passengers calmly boarding cars heading toward Philadelphia and the Bucks County community mourning the deaths.

A father and outreach coordinator who worked in social services in Bucks County and his two adult sons died when a speeding Amtrak train crashed into them in suburban Pennsylvania Thursday night.

Amtrak said a train hit three members of the same family on a track. Service between New York and Philadelphia was temporarily suspended.
