Indian authorities have started handing over remains of the victims of one of India's worst aviation disasters after identifying some through DNA tests.

Three days after the crash, only 35 bodies had been handed over to relatives from an overall official death toll of 270.

A team of experts are working round the clock, keeping aside everything personal, to identify the remains of those who died in the fatal air plane crash in Ahmedabad and bring closure to their families.
