I’m sure there will be but, I stayed in Sliema. Have you googled hotels in Vittoriosa? It’s not a very big town but, you could stay in Valletta,and get the regular ferry across from there to Vittoriosa, which takes ten minutes and only costs a couple of euros each way. Lovely ride too
